主要讲述的陈美琪饰演的Maggie晚上常因梦到《帝女花》里的情节而惊醒，后来遇画师毕长平（吴岱融饰），二人皆产生莫明的感觉，后得知大家的前身竟然是明朝驸马周世显和长平公主！可是maggie已经身为人妻，长平也和女友订婚，今世二人重遇，又将能否再续前缘呢？
